Data Sharing and Third Party Access

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data connected for report creation will only be used to provide and enhance the service, and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Slideform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses two analytics services to understand how visitors find and use our content:

• HubSpot. Sets a first-party cookie (hubspotutk) so that if you later submit a form, your prior page views can be associated with the resulting contact record in our CRM. Used for marketing attribution.
• Google Analytics 4. Sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) used to count unique visitors and measure page-level engagement. Data is processed by Google.

For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google Analytics 4 is configured with Google Consent Mode v2 and defaults to denied. No analytics cookies are set, and only signal-only pings are sent to Google, until you accept via the consent banner shown on first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies and site data for slideform.co in your browser; the banner will reappear on your next visit.

For visitors outside those regions, both services are loaded by default. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Security

Slideform employs security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal data and presentation data. No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
